FairFiles Hub Legal Center
Electronic Communications & Signatures Consent
You agree to receive FairFiles Hub records electronically and to sign electronically when you confirm within the Service.
1. Scope of This Consent
This Electronic Communications & Signatures Consent explains how you agree to receive records electronically and to provide electronic signatures when using FairFiles Hub. It supplements the Terms of Use.
FairFiles Hub is a consumer education and self-help technology platform owned and operated by Credit Score Defenders LLC in New York. It provides consumer education, local evidence-organization tools, and document-preparation assistance. FairFiles Hub is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Legal notices may be sent to legal@fairfilehub.com.
2. Your Consent to Electronic Records
By using FairFiles Hub, you agree that FairFiles Hub may provide notices, policies, confirmations, generated drafts, and other records to you electronically instead of on paper. Electronic records have the same legal effect as paper records where permitted by applicable law.
3. Records Provided Electronically
- Legal policies (Terms, Privacy Policy, and all notices in the Legal Center).
- Account confirmations, password-reset and security notices.
- Controlled letters, worksheets, calculator exports, and policy PDFs you generate or download locally.
- On-screen confirmations for supported account actions; the active site does not promise a downloadable receipt for every action.
4. Hardware and Software You Need
- A device with internet access and a current web browser.
- An active email account to receive service and legal notices.
- A PDF reader to view and print generated documents and PDFs.
5. Withdrawing Consent and Paper Copies
You may ask about withdrawing electronic-communications consent by contacting legal@fairfilehub.com. Because FairFiles Hub is an online self-help service, withdrawal may require limiting or closing features that cannot reasonably be delivered another way. The active site does not provide an automated paper-copy request or fulfillment workflow; any paper-copy right or fee is governed by applicable law and confirmed before a request is accepted.
6. Electronic Signatures
When you click an “I agree,” “Submit,” “Confirm,” or similar button, check a consent box, or otherwise act to confirm within the Service, that action is your electronic signature for that record. Electronic signatures you provide are binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Keeping Your Contact Information Current
Keep your account email current so authentication and applicable service notices can reach you. Delivery and legal-effect rules remain subject to applicable law, provider delivery status, and any known failed-delivery notice.
8. Limits of This Consent
This consent concerns the method of delivering records and your signatures on the Service. It does not make any generated document legally sufficient, nor does it create an attorney-client relationship or legal representation. FairFiles Hub is not a law firm.
9. Changes to This Consent
We may update this consent by posting a new version. Material changes become effective on the posted effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance except where reconsent is required.
10. Contact
Questions about electronic records or signatures may be sent to the legal department using the address shown below.
