- The active source does not send evidence-log, vault, letter, calculator, marketing-text, or general newsletter messages. Optional educational follow-up is email-only.
4. Consent for Optional Communications
The registration page offers a separate, unchecked optional consent for educational follow-up email. The exact consent text, version, verified account identity, timestamp, status, and scheduled deletion date are recorded only when the member chooses it. Declining does not prevent account creation or use of free tools.
5. How to Opt Out
- A member may withdraw optional educational follow-up permission in Account and Privacy settings at any time.
- A member may also contact members@fairfilehub.com or privacy@fairfilehub.com to request suppression or assistance.
- Necessary authentication, security, and legally required notices may still be sent when applicable to an account or request.
6. Global Privacy Control
The active application source does not initiate optional click analytics, targeted advertising, or a sale/sharing workflow and does not include a dedicated Global Privacy Control handler. Send a privacy request to privacy@fairfilehub.com if you want to exercise a right that may apply. Live provider configuration requires separate verification.
7. No Unsolicited Commercial Messages
Optional educational follow-up email may be sent only while the member has an active recorded permission. Messages must identify the sender, accurately describe their purpose, provide a working unsubscribe method, and honor suppression requests. Consent does not authorize telephone calls or text messages.
