AI & Automated Tools Disclosure
FairFiles Hub uses AI only for general educational assistance and does not use it to make high-impact decisions about users. AI can be wrong, requires human review, and should not receive unnecessary sensitive information.
1. Scope of This Disclosure
This AI & Automated Tools Disclosure explains where FairFiles Hub uses artificial intelligence and automated logic, the limits of those tools, and the responsibilities of users. It supplements the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Legal Information Disclaimer.
FairFiles Hub is a consumer education and self-help technology platform owned and operated by Credit Score Defenders LLC in New York. It provides consumer education, local evidence-organization tools, and document-preparation assistance. FairFiles Hub is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Legal notices may be sent to legal@fairfilehub.com.
2. Where AI and Automated Tools Are Used
- The Credit Education Assistant, which provides general consumer credit and debt education and website-navigation assistance.
- Automated input validation, routing, and deterministic calculations used by forms, calculators, and other application workflows.
- Routine account, consent, security, and deletion-request automation that supports operations but does not decide a legal claim, credit decision, housing decision, employment decision, insurance decision, or other similarly significant matter about a user.
- The active Letter Builder uses controlled templates and deterministic logic rather than generative AI document analysis.
3. Educational Purpose Only
AI outputs are general consumer education and informational assistance. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, credit, medical, or other professional advice and are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
The AI feature does not establish that a law was violated, that a debt is valid or invalid, that a credit-report item is inaccurate, that a claim exists, or that a particular response is legally sufficient.
4. AI Outputs Can Be Wrong
Generative AI can produce false, incomplete, outdated, internally inconsistent, biased, or fabricated information, including incorrect quotations, citations, dates, case names, statutes, regulations, agency guidance, or procedural requirements.
Always verify important information against current official sources before relying on it. A citation appearing in an AI response is not proof that the cited authority exists, is current, applies to your jurisdiction, or supports the proposition stated.
5. No High-Impact or Consequential Automated Decisions
FairFiles Hub does not use the Credit Education Assistant to make or recommend decisions that determine eligibility, access, approval, pricing, or legal rights in employment, housing, lending, insurance, education, healthcare, government benefits, or another similarly significant domain.
FairFiles Hub does not use AI to decide whether you should receive credit, whether a creditor or collector is liable, whether a court should rule for you, or whether a dispute should be approved.
6. Human Review Is Required
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before acting on it. Where consequences are significant, confirm the information with an official source or qualified professional.
FairFiles Hub does not promise that a human employee or attorney reviews each AI response before it is displayed.
7. Do Not Enter Sensitive or Unnecessary Personal Information
- Do not enter Social Security numbers, full financial-account numbers, passwords, login credentials, authentication codes, or complete payment-card numbers.
- Do not upload or paste government-ID images, full credit reports, complete court exhibits, medical records, tax records, or other sensitive documents into the AI feature.
- Do not enter another person’s confidential or personal information unless you have a lawful reason and authority to do so.
- Use the minimum information needed to ask a general educational question.
8. How AI Requests Are Processed
Text entered into the Credit Education Assistant is transmitted to the configured AI-processing service so a response can be generated. Provider-side security processing, abuse detection, logs, and retention may occur under the provider’s applicable technical controls, terms, and privacy practices.
FairFiles Hub does not represent that an external AI provider will never retain, inspect, or otherwise process submitted text beyond the immediate response. Users should therefore avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
The active local vault, locally completed letters, and calculator inputs are not intentionally submitted to the Credit Education Assistant by those tools.
9. Security and Abuse Controls
FairFiles Hub may apply authentication requirements, rate limits, input-size limits, sensitive-data filters, abuse detection, and other controls to reduce misuse of AI and other credit-consuming services.
These safeguards reduce risk but do not guarantee that every unsafe input, inaccurate output, or malicious attempt will be detected or prevented.
10. Bias, Fairness, and Limitations
AI systems can reflect errors, omissions, historical bias, model limitations, or uneven performance across topics and populations. Do not assume that an answer is neutral, complete, or equally reliable for every jurisdiction or circumstance.
FairFiles Hub may revise prompts, safeguards, sources, and model configurations over time to improve safety, accuracy, and usefulness.
11. Laws and Rules May Change
Federal, state, and local laws governing consumer protection, credit reporting, debt collection, privacy, AI, courts, and automated decision systems continue to evolve. An AI response may not reflect a newly enacted statute, new regulation, new court decision, or changed agency guidance.
Nothing in an AI response overrides the actual text of an applicable law, regulation, court order, contract, or official filing requirement.
12. Do Not Rely on AI for Deadlines
AI-generated dates and deadline explanations are not authoritative. Verify any court, agency, dispute, appeal, limitation-period, or filing deadline directly with the responsible court, agency, official source, or licensed attorney.
13. Third-Party Rights and Generated Content
AI output may resemble existing language or contain material subject to third-party rights. FairFiles Hub does not guarantee that AI-generated text is unique, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial reuse.
You are responsible for reviewing and lawfully using any AI-generated content you choose to copy, publish, send, or incorporate into another document.
14. No Warranty of AI Performance
AI features are provided on an as-available basis. FairFiles Hub does not warrant uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any particular result from AI output, except to the extent a warranty cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
15. Not for Minors
FairFiles Hub is intended for adults age 18 and older. The AI feature is not designed for children or for use by a minor to make legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.
16. Changes to AI Features
FairFiles Hub may change AI models, providers, prompts, safeguards, source materials, or feature availability. Material changes to AI practices that affect users or data handling will be reflected in this Disclosure or other applicable notices.
17. Questions or Concerns
Questions about AI features or this Disclosure may be sent to legal@fairfilehub.com. Security concerns should be sent to security@fairfilehub.com.
