FairFiles Hub Legal Center
Legal Information Disclaimer
FairFiles Hub provides nationwide U.S. consumer education and self-help technology. It does not provide legal representation, professional advice, or guaranteed credit, collection, court, or dispute outcomes.
1. Educational Service Only
FairFiles Hub provides consumer credit and debt education, self-help information, document-organization tools, controlled templates, calculators, and access to official or professional resources. It does not provide legal representation and does not act as your attorney, financial adviser, tax adviser, credit bureau, lender, debt collector, court, regulator, or government agency.
FairFiles Hub is a consumer education and self-help technology platform owned and operated by Credit Score Defenders LLC in New York. It provides consumer education, local evidence-organization tools, and document-preparation assistance. FairFiles Hub is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Legal notices may be sent to legal@fairfilehub.com.
2. Not a Law Firm; No Attorney-Client Relationship
FairFiles Hub is not a law firm. Use of the Service, receipt of an AI response, completion of a template, or communication with FairFiles Hub does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Communications with FairFiles Hub are not attorney-client privileged or attorney work product merely because they involve a legal topic. Do not send confidential legal strategy or information you would not want handled as ordinary business communications.
3. No Legal, Financial, Tax, Credit, or Other Professional Advice
Articles, guides, calculators, templates, worksheets, AI outputs, resource links, and other Service content are general educational information. They are not individualized legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, credit, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether information is appropriate for your circumstances and for obtaining advice from a qualified professional when needed.
4. Consumer Credit Education — Not a Promise of Credit Repair
FairFiles Hub does not promise to repair credit, remove accurate information, increase a credit score, obtain financing, erase debt, force a creditor or collector to act, or produce any particular credit-report result.
The Service is not enrollment in a paid Credit Score Defenders service. Owner-operated Credit Score Defenders websites may offer separate services under their own terms, disclosures, and eligibility rules.
5. Federal, State, and Local Laws Vary
Consumer-credit, debt-collection, privacy, identity-theft, court, licensing, statute-of-limitations, exemption, garnishment, and procedural rules vary across the United States and may change after content is published.
A federal rule may be supplemented or displaced by a more protective state or local rule. General nationwide information cannot determine which rule controls your facts.
6. Information Can Become Outdated
FairFiles Hub may identify review dates and source links, but no review date guarantees that a source has not changed afterward. Statutes, regulations, agency interpretations, court rules, forms, addresses, filing systems, and judicial decisions can change without advance notice to FairFiles Hub.
Verify important information against the current official source before acting.
7. Court Papers, Lawsuits, and Deadlines Require Independent Verification
Do not ignore a summons, complaint, motion, judgment notice, garnishment notice, hearing notice, or other court paper. Missing a deadline can cause default, loss of defenses, enforcement, or other serious consequences.
FairFiles Hub does not calculate or guarantee court deadlines. Verify deadlines, filing methods, service requirements, and court procedures through the specific court, official docket, clerk, or a licensed attorney.
8. Templates and Drafts Are Starting Points
Letters, complaint worksheets, logs, and other generated or prewritten documents are editable self-help materials. You must review every name, address, account reference, factual statement, legal citation, date, attachment, and requested action before sending or filing anything.
A template does not establish that a law was violated, that a debt is invalid, or that a recipient must accept your position.
9. FairFiles Hub Does Not File, Serve, Mail, or Submit for You
Unless a feature expressly states otherwise and the action is actually available, FairFiles Hub does not file a court paper, submit a regulator complaint, mail a dispute, contact a creditor or collector, perfect service, preserve a legal claim, or appear on your behalf.
Opening an external filing or complaint website does not mean FairFiles Hub submitted anything.
10. No Guarantee of Outcome
No deletion, score increase, collection stop, settlement, dismissal, discharge, approval, refund, damages award, credit decision, lawsuit result, or other outcome is guaranteed.
Outcomes depend on facts, evidence, law, third parties, court or agency discretion, deadlines, procedures, and circumstances beyond FairFiles Hub’s control.
11. AI and Automated Tool Limitations
The Credit Education Assistant can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or fabricated information, including incorrect citations or summaries. It is a general educational tool, not a legal or credit decision-maker. The active site does not provide AI document analysis.
Do not rely on an AI answer to decide whether a law was violated, whether a debt is owed, whether a deadline applies, whether a document is legally sufficient, or whether to start or abandon a legal claim.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, full financial-account numbers, passwords, authentication codes, government-ID images, complete credit reports, court exhibits, medical information, or unnecessary identifying information into the AI feature.
12. Local Evidence Vault and Local Files
The Local Evidence Vault is a self-help encryption and organization tool. FairFiles Hub cannot recover a forgotten vault password, restore a lost local file, guarantee that a device or storage provider will remain secure, or determine whether a local file is authentic or admissible.
You are responsible for lawful possession, safe storage, backups, retention, deletion, and evidentiary preservation of files under your control.
13. Calculators and Estimates
Calculator results are estimates based on the values and assumptions entered. They may not include all fees, taxes, interest methods, contractual provisions, legal rules, lender criteria, or changes over time.
Do not treat calculator output as a quote, approval, payoff statement, settlement amount, underwriting decision, or professional financial recommendation.
14. Third-Party Links, Providers, and External Resources
FairFiles Hub may link to courts, government agencies, regulators, credit bureaus, legal-aid organizations, attorneys, owner-operated services, and other third parties. A link is not an endorsement, guarantee, agency relationship, or warranty of availability or accuracy.
Third parties control their own content, eligibility, fees, privacy, accessibility, security, and service terms.
15. No Government, Court, Credit-Bureau, Lender, or Regulator Affiliation
Unless expressly stated in writing, FairFiles Hub is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any court, government agency, regulator, credit bureau, lender, creditor, debt collector, law firm, or legal-aid organization.
16. Urgent or High-Stakes Matters
Do not wait for FairFiles Hub when a legal deadline, eviction, garnishment, bank restraint, repossession, foreclosure, identity-theft emergency, active fraud, threatened harm, or other urgent event requires immediate action.
Contact the appropriate court, government agency, law-enforcement agency, legal-aid organization, licensed attorney, financial institution, or emergency service as appropriate.
17. Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing in this Disclaimer waives, restricts, or eliminates a right, remedy, warranty, duty, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be waived or limited.
